Client Partner

The ethos of the Client Partner team is to ensure that we make each client feel like they are our only client. The aim is to build trust and make their lives easy. We build trust by being consistently excellent, honest and transparent and by knowing the context that our clients operate in.

What you'll do

  • Forecast growth and actively create opportunities to increase account spent
  • Accountable for delivery of client growth 
  • Work alongside Delivery Partner to ensure account profitability
  • Set up and adapt client engagement plan for each client 
  • Attend account meetings 
  • Proactively present ideas to clients 
  • Organise and attend client entertainment 
  • Organise and attend client post-project retrospectives 
  • Measure and report on client satisfaction 
  • Build market knowledge for each client to help spot opportunities

Day to day

  • Be part of key deliveries for client’s projects 
  • Be part of the UAT team for your client’s projects 
  • Ensure that business objectives are fully understood and are being met 
  • Liaising with research team produce and present post-project reports

Agency life

  • Be an active part of the Yoyo family and participate in agency wide meetings (e.g. Town Hall, Company meetings) 
  • Be part and help with at least one of the internal activity teams (e.g. Huddl, Refresh, Shft)
