Your role

 A typical day in the life of a Client Partner Support role includes:

  • Supporting Client Partners across multiple projects
  • General day to day organisation of the agency 
  • Reviewing & quality assuring deliveries
  • Assisting with communication with project stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver on projects’ objectives
  • Managing resources to ensure that teams are well utilised and all project timings are booked in
  • Helping to organise client workshops
  • Updating internal systems (Jira, Confluence, Insightly, Harvest, Forecast)
  • Assisting Client Partner growth strategies by researching client’s market and competitors
  • Playing with Bramble (the office dog)

  • Ability to work with an array for characters
