What you'll do

  • Look after and grow key strategic accounts
  • Oversee the account financials, with the support of the Delivery team 
  • Continuously seek improvements to the way accounts are structured and run 
  • Strategic sounding board for clients and their brands
  • Build strong, healthy and valuable relationships with our clients
  • Act as the voice of our clients across the agency, ensuring their needs are being met 
  • Proactively look for opportunities to improve internal processes 
  • Look for opportunities to introduce clients to other services or teams in Yoyo they haven’t worked with to achieve their goals
  • Build proposals based on new partnership opportunities
  • Help embed good client management practices across teams

You'll work with

  • The Delivery team, who run the projects
  • The Growth team, when working on pitch opportunities 
  • The full agency team, when understanding the partnership and ensuring we’re delivering - we’re looking for someone to get stuck in 

Agency life

  • Be an active part of the Yoyo family and participate in agency wide meetings (e.g. Town Hall, Company meetings) 
  • Be part and help with at least one of the internal activity teams (e.g. Huddl, Refresh, Shft)
  • Our team is based in Tunbridge Wells but we offer flexibility around hours and remote working

What we're looking for

  • Experience in agencies and/or working with agencies 
  • Experience in digital, and preferably at a strategic level
  • Understands the importance of creativity and innovation to deliver results 
  • Commercial experience with budget planning, tracking and forecasting
