The vision

At Yoyo, we believe our best evolution happens when we listen to the people who know us best. We are inviting a select group of our most engaged clients to become invested stakeholders in Yoyo’s future, and optimise how we add value to you through our expertise and services. The Client Advisory Board is designed to elevate our role as a true strategic partner by building your voice directly into our decision-making process.

Why you?

You have been specifically selected because of your deep operational experience with Yoyo and your strategic influence within your own organisation. We recognise you as a leader who understands where the friction lies and has the vision to help us pivot our approaches. This is an invitation to go "behind the scenes" and influence the agency that supports your brand.

The purpose of CAB is a dedicated space to refine the "Yoyo experience" and maximize the impact we deliver to your charity or business.

  • Operational Excellence: Address friction points to streamline how we work together.

The format

  • Quarterly

    • Four sessions per year

  • Mid month

    • July 2026

  • The session

    • 60 minutes structured discussion

    • 30 minutes collaborative ideation

  • The preparation

    • A concise "pre-read" sent 2 weeks prior so you can arrive prepared to contribute, without homework.

  • The platform

    • Three sessions via Google Meet

    • One annual in-person dinner to celebrate our progress, and meet and network with each other.

  • The tenure

    • You stay as long as you feel the value.

    • We will hold an annual reflection to ensure the partnership remains mutually beneficial.

    • You’re invited to be part of this exclusive forum for as long as you’d like to be.

We’ll be co-designing the agenda with you, ensuring we’re addressing everything from spicy topics to new ideas, and everything in-between.

Some of the topics we’d love your input include the following:

  • Service Experience - Are we over-communicating (cluttering your inbox) or under-communicating (leaving you wondering what’s happening)? Help us improve our service experience.

  • Emerging Tech - What AI tools are you experimenting with that you wish we would integrate into our workflow? We want to make working with us as frictionless - and enjoyable - as possible.

  • Value Perception - If we doubled our prices tomorrow, what specific part of our service would make that cost still feel "worth it"? Where do you see the most value in our work, that we should lean more into, and where can we deliver more value across our service portfolio?

Our commitment to you

This is not a focus group; it is a board. To ensure your time translates into action:

  • The Feedback Loop: Within 4 weeks of every meeting, we will issue a "You Suggested, We Implemented" report, detailing exactly how your input is changing Yoyo’s roadmap.

  • Networking: Connect with a small, elite group of 4 - 6 like-minded decision-makers.

  • The Perks: A unique addition to your professional profile, exclusive "insider" access to Yoyo leadership and behind the scenes access to the workings of a digital agency. Added treat of Deliveroo vouchers for our digital sessions, and an invitation to our Annual Board Dinner.
