Life Leave: the Yoyo approach

There is more to life than work. Places to go, people to spend time with, experiences to have and new skills to learn. Or maybe simply time for our team to be by themselves, to rest, re-charge and do absolutely nothing.

All important, all worth investing time in. 

Our life leave policy comes into play if any member of our team is looking for an extended period of time away from their work for any sort of personal reason. They can request this easily and simply, safe in the knowledge that they can return to their job on their return. 

We make a commitment to our team that, as a company, we will consider any request for any kind of time off work. It is planned and agreed with Yoyo in such a way that means you are able to return to your job at the end of it. 

Time is precious and life is for living and we want to encourage our team to grab any and all opportunities for the important stuff with both hands whilst offering them our support every single step of the way.
