Technology has changed every interaction we have with each other. How do you connect with audiences, who are more savvy, flighty, cynical and distracted than ever before? How do you hold their attention for long enough, so that they listen to what you say? And how do you build deep and long-term engagement?

At this event, we looked at how to engage new audiences as well as re-engaging with those who know who you are but might not care. We heard from organisations who have implemented strategies that engage the unengaged and they shared advice and learnings from their experiences.
