Flexible Working
Yoyo is a flexible workplace and we encourage employees to work in ways that support their wellbeing. To read our full flexible working policy, please click here.
Counsellor
We provide our employees with access to a qualified counsellor. This is something you book directly and anonymously, Yoyo covers the monthly costs of these sessions. For more details on how to access this service, please click here.
Simplyhealth - you and your kids
Simplyhealth offers health plans that help cover everyday healthcare costs like dentist visits, eye tests, physiotherapy, and more. Yoyo offers this to all employees, enabling you fast access to a wide variety of health related appointments and treatments for you and your children. This is not an automatic enrolment and requires you to 'opt in' to the scheme. You are also able to add your partner for an additional monthly fee. Please click here for more information.
Eye care
We will cover the cost of an annual high street eye test as well as a financial contribution to glasses specifically required for working. More details here.
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
Using a wellbeing provider called Health Assured, this service is in the form of a 24/7 helpline and offers support for both the emotional and physical wellbeing of you and your family - for free. More info here.

Time
Holiday allowance
Yoyo provide a generous holiday allowance of 29 days per annum, in addition to bank holidays. This is prorated for part time employees. Read more.
Life leave
This is an extended period of time that you would like to take away from work for any sort of personal reason. It is planned and agreed with Yoyo in such a way that means you are able to return to your job at the end of it. Read more.
Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Leave
We are proud to offer more than the minimum statutory maternity and paternity pay to cover you during this incredibly important time. Read more.

Finances
Profit Share
There is a profit-share scheme in operation in respect of your employment. Every six months, if the company has made a profit, a proportion of it is given to our employees as a bonus which is split equally across the whole team. This amount is prorated accordingly if you work part time. Read more.

Life Assurance
The Company provides a Life Assurance benefit of four times your normal annual pay should you die whilst in our employment. This policy is held with Aviva and you are automatically included as soon as you become a Yoyo employee. Read more.

Yoyo employees are automatically enrolled in our pension scheme with People’s Pension after 3 months of employment. Read more.

We hold annual performance reviews in October of each year, with an optional 'check in' session in April. Read more.

We're passionate about your career and development, we want to see you flourish and succeed. We have a generous annual training budget and a target to ensure that every single employee does some form of training every year. Read more.

Charity & Community
Volunteering Days
If you are passionate about a cause we want to give you the opportunity to support it by providing your time.
Therefore each member of the Yoyo team can take up to 2 full days or 4 half days a year to volunteer to a cause of their choice. (Prorated for part time employees). Read more.
Match Funding
We want to donate as much of our annual pot as possible to the causes that matter the most to you. For every £1 that you donate, Yoyo will match it and donate to your chosen charity. Read more.

Perks
Employee of the Quarter (EOTQ)
During the course of each quarter, we all have the option to cast votes for our 'employee of the month'. There is a reward for the person with the most votes at the end of each quarter. Read more.
Loyalty Bonus
