O'Neill & Brennan are a dedicated Construction Solutions business who approached Yoyo earlier this year looking for us to design and build a brand new construction logistics website.
The new site needed to; increase brand awareness, highlight product offerings, attract talent and generate more leads, with the aim of increasing overall company revenue. O'Neill & Brennan needed an online presence which asserted their authority and reputation as one of the leading construction logistics company in the UK and Ireland.
The primary users for the site were construction executives and skilled workers. Having undertaken research, created personas and established user journeys for each of these key audiences we were then able to understand better the current motivations and frustrations they experienced. This provided useful insight to move forward with.
The site also needed to cater for the O'Neill & Brennan internal sales staff, so for them, it was paramount potential new clients had a seamless experience, were directed to the right touch points and were presented with a premium look and feel which showcased the high level projects and clients that O'Neill & Brennan work with.
The creative concept took inspiration from the construction industry environment. Grid lines were used to visually represent the idea of scaffolding and structure, combined with page revealers that animate in and transition the user between the pages. Plenty of white space, clean typography and large use of imagery were all used to help enhance the premium feel of the site.
Success for the company will be measured through an increase in leads, so we will be keeping a close eye on the results that feed through from the new site in the coming months and look forward to sharing them.
