Grievance Policy

We want working with our agency or for our agency to be transparent, fair, and positive. If something isn't right, anyone can raise a concern: our team, freelancers, clients, suppliers, or our wider community.

What counts as a grievance?

  • Environmental impact: Wasteful production, unnecessary emissions, or broken environmental commitments.

  • People & safety: Bullying, unfair treatment, harassment, or unsafe conditions anywhere in our studio or supply chain.

  • Ethics & governance: Dishonesty, fraud, conflicts of interest, or breaches of our B Corp principles and values.

How to speak up

You can email our leadership team confidentially at [email protected]

What happens next

  • Within 5 working days: We will acknowledge receipt, share a reference number, and introduce who will be handling your review.

  • Within 30 working days: We will conduct an impartial review, aim to agree on an appropriate resolution, and provide a clear summary of our findings and corrective actions taken.

Our commitments to you

  • Confidentiality: You choose how much detail to provide. We will not disclose your identity without your explicit permission, unless strictly required to do so by law.

  • Zero retaliation: Nobody will ever face penalties, loss of work, or disadvantage for speaking up in good faith.

  • Internal alignment: For our team, this policy sits alongside our internal Disciplinary, Grievance, and Whistleblowing procedures detailed in the Staff Handbook.

Our ongoing commitment

We review this policy annually to ensure our studio remains an open, accountable, and supportive place to work and collaborate. Every concern raised helps us improve our agency.
