All in Stone sought a digital presence that would accurately demonstrate the quality of the products and their commitment to delivering tailored tables to meet individual customer’s needs. The original website was functional but our vision was to make it more modern, more professional and easier to use. It was important that the user experience guided and educated users as they browsed the site.

Our design team focused on highlighting the beauty of the products while directing customers to the four cornerstones of the business (Our Collection, One of a Kind, Bespoke and Outdoor Living) and supporting the enquiry journey. The sitemap was structured around making decisions easier for customers. As one example, the top-level navigation provided a simplified suite of options to channel the user to the main areas of the business, all accessible within the minimum number of clicks.

A showroom experience

Allowing users to digitally replicate the showroom experience was key. There was an opportunity to create an immersive online experience with a bespoke table builder and configurator tool. This interactive area of the site allowed users to explore the brand and demonstrated the craftsmanship and dedication to meeting every individual’s unique needs - a key differentiator for our client.

In a COVID pandemic, when access to showrooms and in-person communication was heavily restricted, this tool was a great boon to our client. Allowing customers the ability to visualise their dream table and our client to stand out from the competitors and continue to drive enquiries.

The configurator tool has provided a totally unique user experience and generated many more sales opportunities than our previous website.

By building this within Umbraco, we delivered a site that simplified the management and editing process for our client. The Umbraco back office provided a platform that was more intuitive and efficient for the internal team while also providing the flexibility to allow the team to build new content, products and pages as the business grows.
