2024 - what a year...

A lot has happened over the last twelve months, and there's nothing like the end of the year to get us feeling reflective. 

From exciting new partnerships, to award wins, to feel-good news across the team, we're lucky to have so much to celebrate. Without getting too soppy, our journey wouldn't be possible without our amazing partners and clients, and our super duper team. We love what we do here at Yoyo, and 2024 has been another year of living that every single day.

We thought we'd take some time to round up all the things we did over the course of 2024 and bring you along too.

So, what did we get up to?

  1. January 2024

    We launched our own not for profit, amplifi - bringing local businesses together around climate change.

  2. February 2024

    We launched the global site for ICU Medical.

    We partnered up with Over+Above to launch a new brand and digital identity.

  3. March 2024

    We were shortlisted for B Corp Company of the Year.

    Dave joined the Development team here.

  4. April 2024

    We won not one, but two Indigo Awards for our work with Vivobarefoot and the Sustainable Restaurant Association.

    We started our partnership with Imperial College Union to refresh their brand.

  5. May 2024

    We launched a dashing new website for King & Allen.

    We partnered up with Zoonou to bring their digital identity to life.

  6. June 2024

    We welcomed Dan to the Client Strategy team.

    The work we did with Society won Jury's choice at the Umbraco Awards at Codegarden, and was recognised for its sustainability as a solution.

    We published our annual Impact Report and celebrated increasing our B Corp score by seven points up to 107.

    We start working with Research Live to develop a brand new website.

    The Development team gained a new member with Jack joining us.

  7. July 2024

    We attended B Corp Local Kent Launch at Cook.

    Worldwide Cancer Research's shiny new brand and website went live.

    Our very own Hannah and Harriet featured in the Tunbridge Wells Business Magazine.

    We launched a new website for Fight for Sight.

    We upgraded the Royal Voluntary Service's website to optimise it for purpose.

    Anna was featured in the Top 30 Client Service Leaders.

  8. August 2024

    We joined forces with IAM Roadsmart to transform their website.

    Gregg and Hannah tied the knot...

    ... and Harriet got hitched too!

  9. September 2024

    The Client Strategy Team hosted their first Marketing Lunch in London.

    We partnered with CPRE, to support their mission of making the countryside accessible for all.

    We sponsored, attended, and volunteered at Louder than Words: the first B Corp Festival - and we had the best time.

    We took on our 27-mile walk Around the Weald and raised £1500 for Demelza (yes, this picture was taken before all the wind, rain, and mud!)

  10. October 2024

    Over+Above's website wins Lovie Awards in the Health & Fitness and People's Choice categories.

    We were shortlisted as Employer of the Year in the Scale-Up Awards.

  11. November 2024

    We kicked off a new partnership with Unseen Guardians.

    We were named as one of the most admired agencies for our commitment to purpose.

    We launched The Mole Resort's new website, capturing their luxury and adventure.

    Ben joined team Yoyo as a Designer.

  12. December 2024

    We kick off our partnership with Demelza, to support their digital presence.

    We won Ethical Business of the Year at the Tunbridge Wells Business Awards. We clean up pretty well.
